About the Artist
Christopher Lucas lives in a cabin on the river in the Slocan Valley in the Kootenays of British Columbia with his partner Kraig and their 2 cats and puppy named Dolly. He is a talented artist who loves the colour blue and enjoys painting the natural beauty of his home country. Christopher loves Canada deeply.
Christopher has lived across Canada. For many years he was living in Edmonton, Alberta, where he travelled to the Rockies many-a-time to be inspired. He also on Vancouver Island for years. Chris is originally from Ontario, where he studied architecture design.
Christopher has painted for Prime Minister Jean Chretien, held an exhibition in Banffshire, Scotland with Queen Elizabeth II in attendance, and sold paintings to Oprah Winfrey.
